(20-0199) Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34924 with Bon Air, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA, for the heating, ventilation and air condition system upgrade at the West Division Police Station to increase the contract amount by $30,500, for a revised total amount not to exceed $479,119; Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Police Department by $32,000, offset by Fiscal Year 2019 one-time funds set aside for this purpose, for a transfer to the Capital Projects Fund Group; and Increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department by $32,000, offset by a transfer from the General Fund Group.
