(20-0206) Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary amendments, with Playcore Wisconsin, Inc., dba GameTime, of Fort Payne, AL, for the purchase and installation of playground and outdoor fitness equipment, site accessories, surfacing, and related products and services on an as-needed basis, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the City of Charlotte, NC, through Omnia Partners Contract No. 2017001134, in an annual amount of $3,000,000, with a 10 percent contingency of $300,000, for a total annual contract amount not to exceed $3,300,000, until the contract agreement expires on June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for as long as the contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
