(20-0777) Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, and any subsequent amendments, including any amendments to the amount of the award, with the County of Los Angeles for the Nurse Family Partnership Program, to accept and expend grant funding in an annual amount not to exceed $148,853, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and Increase appropriations in the Health Fund Group in Health and Human Services Department by $148,853, offset by grant revenue.
