4. (13-1005) Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Requests for Award for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $97,347.50 for the claim of Michelle Anglo; authority to pay 1) $62,126.20, 2) $36,570, 3) $1,380, and 4) $41,650 for the claim of Dwight Schmalried; and authority to pay $101,073.91 for the claim of Michael Whitcomb, in compliance with the Appeals Board Orders.
5. (13-1025) Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Request for Award for Death Benefits for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $250,000, as well as burial expenses up to $10,000, in compliance with the Appeals Board Order for decedent, Brenda Relph.
6. (13-1007) Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Compromise and Release for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $60,000 in compliance with the Appeals Board Order for Jennifer Gonzales.
7. (13-1001) Recommendation to refer to City Attorney damage claims received between November 4, 2013 and November 11, 2013.
8. (13-1002) Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary to enter into an agreement with Mercedes Benz of Long Beach to host events related to the Long Beach Airport 90th Anniversary. (District 5)
9. (13-1004) Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary for the Fourth Amendment to Lease No. 30620 between the City of Long Beach and Navy Yacht Club - Long Beach, a California non-profit corporation, for the continued use of City-owned property at 223 Marina Drive. 11. (13-1023) Recommendation to receive and approve Commission/Board/Committee appointments to Non-Charter Commissions.
12. (13-1024) Recommendation to remove Mr. Thomas Fields from the Board of Harbor Commissioners, pursuant to Long Beach City Charter Section 510. According to Charter Section 510, the Mayor may remove a commissioner at any time with the concurrence of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the City Council.
13. (13-1010) Recommendation to, by motion of the City Council, request City Attorney to prepare a resolution expressing the full support of the City Council for Boeing to bring the 777x Airliner assembly work to Long Beach and direct City Manager to determine what the City can do to encourage and enable Boeing to remain.
14. (13-0569) Recommendation to City Council to name the park site located at 851 Orange Avenue "Craftsman Village Park."
15. (13-0379) Recommendation to City Council to name the park site located at 215 East 1st Street "Promenade Square Park."

17. (13-1012) Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 30939 with West Coast Arborists, Inc., of Anaheim, CA (not an MBE, WBE, SBE or Local), for providing as-needed tree trimming services, in an additional amount of $1,165,000 for a revised total not to exceed $7,160,000, and extend the contract term to June 1, 2014; and Authorize City Manager to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 31907 with Trimming Land Co., Inc., of South Gate, CA (MBE), and Contract No. 31906 with United Pacific Services, of La Habra, CA (not an MBE, WBE, SBE or Local), for providing as-needed tree trimming services, in an additional amount of $200,000, for a revised total not to exceed $1,460,000, and extend the contract term to June 1, 2014.
