TEMP-3447 Recommendation to declare Ordinance amending Section 6.16.010, Chapter 6.20, and Section 6.24.010 of the Long Beach Municipal Code, all relating to livestock and other animals, read the first time and laid over to the next regular meeting of the City Council for final reading. TEMP-3483 Recommendation to find that all requirements of the final subdivision map to divide property within the 1,419.09 acre Rancho Los Cerritos tract have been satisfied and approve the final map for Tract Number 71509 creating 16 parcels, located north of Pacific Coast Highway and east of rout 103 Terminal Island Freeway. (District 7)

12. TEMP-3564 Recommendation to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute agreements and amendments with various employers to implement a volunteer internship program that would provide employment training, skills standards, employee development and related activities to eligible youth. TEMP-2450 Recommendation to: 1) Approve Resolution No. 2011-08 creating the position of Finance Director and establishing a salary range for the position; 2) Eliminate the positions of Administrative Services Director and Finance Manager; and 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this term.

14. TEMP-2949 Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary for the Second Amendment to Lease No. WDL-110 between the City of Long Beach, as successor in interest, to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Long Beach (Lessor), and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as AT&T Mobility (Lessee), for the continued use of approximately 1,134 square feet of City-owned property at 1280 West Willow Street, for a cellular mobile telephone facility. (District 7)

TEMP-3255 Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to execute a sponsorship agreement between the City of Long Beach and the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Partners of Parks, for the construction and naming of Chittick Football Field for Occidental Petroleum; and increase appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000 in the Department of Public Works (PW) in the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget for Chittick Field park construction.
