(20-0212) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $1,500, offset by the Second Council District One-Time District Priority funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to Beacon for Him Ministries for the annual It's A Drag to Give event that took place on December 13, 2019; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $1,500 to offset a transfer to City Manager Department.

38. (20-0213) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $5,700, offset by $3,200 from the Third Council District One-time District Priority Funds and transferred from the Citywide Activities Department and $2,500 in sponsorship and contribution funds to support the 6th Annual Spring Into Summer Community Concert; and Decrease appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $5,700 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.

39. (20-0214) Recommendation to adopt resolution to ratify the City Manager's Proclamation of Local Emergency and ratify the Long Beach Health Officer's Declaration of Local Health Emergency regarding the serious and imminent threat of an outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). (Citywide)
