26. (20-0201) Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to withdraw the protest filed with Alcohol Beverage Control by the City in accordance with the direction of the City Council on October 23, 2018, against Brite Spot Restaurant located at 412 West Pacific Coast Highway in the First Council District.
27. (20-0202) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $1,200, offset by the Sixth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a contribution to Forgotten Images for their mini exhibit of African American History at the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on January 19, 2020; and Decrease appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $1,200 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
28. (20-0203) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department in the amount of $12,600, offset by the Fourth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department to support sidewalk repairs in the Fourth Council District.
29. (20-0204) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $2,000, offset by the $1,000 of the Third Council District One-time District Priority Funds and $1,000 of the Fourth Council District One-time District Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide donations to Wilson High School Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PSTA) for the Sweatshirt Fund; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $2,000 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.

(20-0207) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $375, offset by the First Council District one-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to Beacon for Him Ministries through the annual It's a Drag to Give Fundraiser Gala that happened on December 13, 2019; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $375 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.

(20-0208) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $1,200, offset by the First Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a contribution to Latinos in Action California; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $1,200 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
32. (20-0205) Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all documents necessary to execute an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) with Little Brass Café, of Long Beach, CA, and The Grand Food & Beverage, of Long Beach, CA, for the maintenance and operation of concessions at El Dorado East Regional Park. (District 5)
33. (20-0206) Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary amendments, with Playcore Wisconsin, Inc., dba GameTime, of Fort Payne, AL, for the purchase and installation of playground and outdoor fitness equipment, site accessories, surfacing, and related products and services on an as-needed basis, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the City of Charlotte, NC, through Omnia Partners Contract No. 2017001134, in an annual amount of $3,000,000, with a 10 percent contingency of $300,000, for a total annual contract amount not to exceed $3,300,000, until the contract agreement expires on June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for as long as the contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager. ORDINANCE:
34. (20-0168) Recommendation to declare ordinance amending the Long Beach Municipal Code by adding Chapter 8.99, relating to just cause for termination of tenancies and declaring the urgency thereof, read and adopted as read. (Ordinance No. ORD-20-0007). (Citywide)
NEW BUSINESS:
35. (20-0210) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $5,555, offset by the Third Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to Community Action Team for the Touch-A-Truck Event; and Decrease appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $5,555 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
36. (20-0211) Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $1,500, offset by the $500 of Fifth Council District One-time District Priority Funds, $500 of Eighth Council District One-time District Priority Funds, and $500 of Third Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide donations to the Long Beach City College Foundation to support the citywide Long Beach Reads One Book event held on March 19, 2020, at the Long Beach City College Liberal Arts Campus; and Decrease appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotion Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $1,500 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
